Sid's Badminton Club is fully re-opened at Queen Mother Sport Centre.
We are also re-opened fully at the Christ's School in Richmond on Sundays.

We have currently three sessions a week, Tuesday (8:00-10pm), Saturday (3-5pm) Everyone Active, "Queen Mother Sport Centre".
The Sunday sessions at "Christ's School" (4:30pm-7:30pm).
Welcome to Sid's Badminton Club. We are a popular, friendly and competitve badminton club based at Queen Mother Sports Centre in Victoria. The club has been running since 1981. We meet every Tuesday evening 8pm to 10pm for our club night; and Saturday evening 6pm to 8pm which is open to all intermediate and above visitors.
We use all five badminton courts at the centre for both sessions. Please see the Announcements section below for further details on the Saturday club sessions. We use quality feather shuttlecocks.
Sid's Badminton Club is organised by Joanna and Valunteers. We have also our resident qualified level 2 coach and will be available for quick coaching tips during club night.
The 2021-2022 Middlesex and Hammersmith league season have officially started in October 2021.This will continue till end of June 2022
We will have 5 courts on Saturdays from 6-8pm in addition to our regular session on Tuesdays 8-10pm. During this period, we have allocated 3 courts for the Saturday club session which is open to limited players with all badminton skills. The other two courts will be used for coaching and league practice.

The club operates on a membership policy. This is not a pay as you go club.
New players to the club are charged at the guest fee.

Fees must be paid in either cash or cheque. Cheques must be made payable to "Sid's Badminton Club".

New members are required to complete the club membership form. Our data collection and storage is governed by the rules of the UK Data Protection Act and associated legislations.

We at Sid's Badminton Club will treat your personal information as private and confidential, even when you are no longer a member of the club.
The club is affiliated with Badminton England and plays competitive badminton in the Middlesex and Hammersmith leagues. We currently have Three men doubles team, a ladies doubles team and two mixed doubles teams in Middlesex League; we also have one men doubles team and one mixed doubles team in Hammersmith league.

We play at Queen Mother Sports Centre in Victoria, Central London In Tuesdays and Saturdays and Sundays we play in Christ's School near Richmond.
The club is located in the sports hall with five courts.
Upon arrival, tell the reception you are here for the Sid's badminton club. You will NOT be required to pay any admission fee!
If you are driving, parking is free from 6:30pm on single yellow lines, and 7:00pm on single red lines. Saturdays parking is free around the sport centre on pay and displays and yellow lines (Please check this before you park your car we do not take any responsibility regarding your car parking!)
If you are driving, There is also the School's CarPark. This is the gated carpark please contact us regarding how to use and entre the school carpark.
